What does the insurance cover?

We require all travelers to purchase travel protection for the 20-21 season. We are offering travel insurance to our travellers through Travel Insured International (TII) but you are free to purchase travel insurance from another provider. The policy available through TII includes a Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) policy, meaning that you may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to the trip departure date and receive a 75% refund of all non-refundable costs* (Subject to specific terms and conditions). Please note that CFAR is not available to New York residents.

When is the deposit and final payment deadline?

Deposits for any trips are due ASAP, the sooner you put down your deposit, that will reserve your spot on the trip, up until the final payment deadline. Final Payments for Dec trips are Nov 4th, 2020. Jan trips are Nov 11th, 2020. Feb trips are Dec 10th, 2020 and Spring Break trips are Jan 15th, 2021.

Will I be able to get a full refund if my ski trip is canceled due to COVID-19?

If ski resorts are not able to operate due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, we will postpone the event. If you are unable to attend the postponed event, you will receive a 100% refund, less transaction costs.

Will I get all my money back if I pay in full and have to cancel later?

According to the Booking Conditions that were agreed to upon registration, the following cancellation terms apply: - For all Trips set to take place in December of 2020 the following cancellation terms apply: You can cancel and receive a 100% refund up to and including October 12, 2020. You are not eligible to receive any refund if you cancel after October 12, 2020. 0 For all Trips set to take place in January of 2021 the following cancellation terms apply: You can cancel and receive a 100% refund up to and including October 20, 2020. You are not eligible to receive any refund if you cancel after October 20, 2020.
