Booking & Pricing

What does the insurance cover?

We require all travelers to purchase travel protection for the 20-21 season. We are offering travel insurance to our travellers through Travel Insured International (TII) but you are free to purchase travel insurance from another provider. The policy available through TII includes a Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) policy, meaning that you may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to the trip departure date and receive a 75% refund of all non-refundable costs* (Subject to specific terms and conditions). Please note that CFAR is not available to New York residents.

When is the deposit and final payment deadline?

Deposits for any trips are due ASAP, the sooner you put down your deposit, that will reserve your spot on the trip, up until the final payment deadline. Final Payments for Dec trips are Nov 4th, 2020. Jan trips are Nov 11th, 2020. Feb trips are Dec 10th, 2020 and Spring Break trips are Jan 15th, 2021.

Will I be able to get a full refund if my ski trip is canceled due to COVID-19?

If ski resorts are not able to operate due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, we will postpone the event. If you are unable to attend the postponed event, you will receive a 100% refund, less transaction costs.

Will I get all my money back if I pay in full and have to cancel later?

According to the Booking Conditions that were agreed to upon registration, the following cancellation terms apply: - For all Trips set to take place in December of 2020 the following cancellation terms apply: You can cancel and receive a 100% refund up to and including October 12, 2020. You are not eligible to receive any refund if you cancel after October 12, 2020. 0 For all Trips set to take place in January of 2021 the following cancellation terms apply: You can cancel and receive a 100% refund up to and including October 20, 2020. You are not eligible to receive any refund if you cancel after October 20, 2020.

If I’m a senior who purchases an Ikon Pass and defers for the 2021-22 season, will I still get the college discount rate?

If there is a price difference between the amount of the credit issued for the 20/21 Ikon Pass product and the Ikon Pass product purchased for the 21/22 winter season for whatever reason, including price increases, pass holder age, or eligibility for certain discounts, the purchaser will be required to pay the difference. I purchased my Ikon Pass a month ago and still haven’t gotten any information on it. What is the next step to getting my pass?

What is included in the price of the trip shown online?

The price of the trip online includes lodging accommodations for the length of your stay plus your lift tickets for the trip. If you are attending a 6 day, 5 night trip, you will have lodging covered for 5 nights and either a 3 or 4 day lift pass depending on the location.

Do I have to get rentals, lessons, and shuttles through my Lifestylez account or can I get the same price once I get there?

The Lifestylez team highly recommends that you purchase any extra trip options through your Lifestylez account ahead of time. There are no guarantees for the same price once you arrive at your destination.

The Experience

Will Lifestylez trips still happen if my school is online only next semester?

Our trips will still take place as long as the resorts remain open, we will be monitoring the state and county regulations continuously.

Will Lifestylez still have SnoDaze concerts for the upcoming ski trips for 2020-2021?

Due to COVID-19, Lifestylez will not be hosting SnoDaze concerts for the upcoming ski trips for 2020-2021.

Do all the condos have kitchens/washers/dryers?

Most of the lodging accommodations we work with are privately owned, meaning they can furnish it how they want. Most do have kitchens or kitchenettes and washers/dryers, but it is not guaranteed. The hotel accommodations typically do not have full kitchens, and washers/dryers may be available for purchase.

Can I ship something to where we are staying?

Once your room has been finalized, contact our customer service team and we can give you specific details on shipping items to the ski town you will be visiting.

Health & Safety

If social distancing is still in place during ski season, what steps will Lifestylez take to keep everybody safe on ski trips?

Lifestylez will be working closely with resorts and monitoring the state and county regulations continuously to ensure we maintain and promote a safe and healthy experience for all travelers. We will have modified check-in procedures, and there will be a limited number of travelers at one time during check-in. All resorts are complying with socially distanced gondola and chairlift rides. SKIING IS SOCIAL DISTANCING.
